Felicity Hills
Built for Land. Guided by Trust
Our story
Felicity Hills is a real estate development company focused on creating thoughtfully planned land opportunities in naturally appealing and increasingly connected destinations. We work across the Himalayan region with a focus on land, lifestyle and long-term ownership. Our approach begins with the location. We look for places where natural surroundings, accessibility and future possibilities come together, and then shape each development with attention to planning, usability and the experience of the people who will own it. We believe buying land should be a clear and considered decision. That is why we aim to communicate openly, present our projects responsibly and build relationships that extend well beyond the transaction.
